0.5mm microneedling boosts collagen to smooth fine lines and mild wrinkles, tightens skin to reduce enlarged pores, and increases cell turnover to fade dark spots, leading to a clearer and more even complexion.
The 0.5mm Derma Roller helps your skin get more from your serums by creating tiny micro-channels for deeper absorption and enhanced results. You can use your serum while rolling - just make sure it's thin enough to release through the tool - or simply use it afterward, both methods work perfectly.
It saves time by letting you treat your skin at home once a week, and the 0.5mm needle is gentle and nearly painless.
  • 0.5mm Derma Roller
  • 30ml 70% Isopropyl Alcohol for cleansing before and after use.
  • Step by step guide on the packaging to walk you through the process

Without Serum:
Rolling the 0.5mm Derma Roller creates tiny micro-injuries in the skin, which triggers the skin’s natural healing process, stimulating collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer skin.

With Serum:
Add your preferred serum to the Derma Roller, press lightly to release, then roll over the skin. The roller creates micro-channels that let the serum penetrate deeply, boosting absorption and maximizing results. (Serum can be applied after rolling as well, works just as good)

Short on Time?

Minimal time. Maximum results.

The Derma Roller was designed for structured efficiency. Use it once every five days, paired with your preferred serum or product if you have one.

Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-channels in the skin. Your skin then enters its natural repair phase the period where collagen production is supported and renewal occurs. Spacing sessions allows your skin to respond properly and effectively.

After 12–24 hours, continue your regular skincare if you have one.

Simple. Efficient. Effective.

Backed by Science

Scientific studies show that even at a shallow depth of 0.5 mm, microneedling reliably triggers the skin’s natural wound‑healing response. By creating controlled micro‑injuries, it boosts the release of growth factors that stimulate fibroblasts — increasing production of collagen (types I, III, and VII) and elastin for improved skin structure.

This mechanism is well documented in peer‑reviewed dermatology literature, confirming that percutaneous collagen induction therapy (microneedling) is a minimally invasive and scientifically validated way to remodel and rejuvenate skin. A comprehensive review highlights its low risk, minimal downtime, and broad applicability across skin types.
